The car is a '99 convertible, 6-speed manual transmission, and Z51 suspension.

What the heads-up display looks like. Click on the photo for a bigger picture.(115K) I cheated when taking the picture by getting a dark background, but you can easily see the HUD while driving during the day. The HUD displays the tach around the top (from lower left to upper right), the speed in the middle, and the bar graph on the right can be cycled through the remaining fuel, the water temperature, and the oil pressure. It also shows the turn signals, the high beam indicator lamp, and has a "Check Gages" lamp in the upper left corner, because once you start using this, you'll never look at the analog instruments again, so they need to warn you when something happened down there...

July 19, 2000-- Finally added some new pics. Not too happy with em, funny, my $60 scanner can't get the color of the car right. Go figure.
I took these right after detailing the hell out of the car, and was hoping that it would come through better. Well, it does in the photographs; must be my cheap scanner...
